Where do you ship from?

We ship from New Zealand. All orders are dispatched from our NZ warehouse.

How long does delivery take?

Within New Zealand: 5–8 working days. International orders (Australia, USA) may vary — please allow additional time for customs clearance. You'll receive a tracking email once your order is dispatched.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Please proceed to checkout to see the exact rate for your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We do. If your country isn't listed at checkout, please get in touch with us, and we'll do our best to help.

How do I track my order?

What happens if my package is lost in transit?

We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.

Are shipping costs refundable?

Postage and handling fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Do you offer exchanges?

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Yes! All Genie products come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. If you experience any issues within this period, please contact us and we'll make it right.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a fast, secure checkout experience.
